We need a way to deal with not yet talked neither scheduled talks. It may happen for two reasons – either because a scheduled talk is canceled and no replacement date has been agreed yet or because the talk is just an offer waiting to be voted, chosen and scheduled.

The first situation can be currently observed with the LFS talk.
