Anyone from @patek-devs please review this, especially if you are one of the contributors. This is (at least formally) irreversible.
Please take special care. I am neither a lawyer, nor a native English speaker. I may have made formal mistakes as well as grammatical ones. Please, review all of the changed/added files. No matter what the filenames suggest, all of the files contain at least a short note written by me. The license texts itself are of course copied.
Also note that some of the files state attitudes of the whole Pátek, even though they are just my opinions. Review carefully, whether you agree with the formulations and are fine with being "signed" (as Pátek, whom you are part of) under them.

I found, that web page = independent page of a website and website = collection of web pages under one domain (source), not sure, if that should be corrected, everything else seems to be fine (grammar re-checked with spellcheck). Also, I am not sure if webpage or web page is "more correct"...

Doesn't gitlab have a thing for this? Like require approval from people who have commits in the repo?

Let's merge, @vojta001!
Sorry for the delay, nicely done!
I am not aware of any + it wouldn't make much sense IMHO, unless GPG signing was enrolled as well.
